How about fitting the turbocharger and bits from a MG ZT 160+ ?
That would be the route I would take......find a crashed ZT 160 (1.8 k series Turbo) get the engine rebuilt with the Land Rover bits in (just take all the extra precautions because of the turbo) and get a Torsen type B diff fitted in the gearbox (ask Intelligent Tuning or see thread elsewhere
) have that dropped into your ZS......sell your engine and gearbox to make some money back and go have some serious fun
Along the way you could get some stainless exhaust manifolds from Janspeed a decat and cat back exhaust system, induction set up fitted.........wow dude.......the possibilities are endless! Think outside the box and there is a new world out there
I think.............Dreadnaught were trialling a supercharged 1.8 k series as well come to think of it.
Depends on if you are after performance as well as the sex appeal
