I have the t series in my mk1, when I did the conversion I put the whole 420 front loom in mine right to the front fuse box, 400 clocks the lot, I may get a bit lost with a mk2 on the basis it would be a different setup, I would need a conversion loom I would imagine?

Oh can't help you there, what I meant is the mk2's (and late mk1's) come with the whole loom for all the options whether fitted or not. Whereas the earlier cars only had the parts of the loom for things that were fitted from factory.
