Just been looking at that, says its been kept in a garage... a garage with no roof maybe, looks a right mess. Have you seen the state of the flywheel and input shaft of the gearbox- they look like they have been at the bottom of the sea!
Some interesting parts on it though, looks like its got the old Rover 800 alloy inlet manifold with custom adapter to convert the double intake to single. Even getting the VIS system to work would be a challenge!
Hell of a lot of work for 250 hp and sod all torque although it would be pretty unique I suppose.
