You don't percieve any loss in performance as such no, but what seems to happen, is the Engine management computer seems to compensate for the lower combustion qualities of the LPG, by trading off a little of your MPG.
If I run on Un-leaded at 70 MPH I get about 3-4 mpg more than I do with LPG.
