The thing with LPG is, its not only Petrol Stations that sell it. My dad got his car done a few years ago, and he went to a place in Kirkcaldy that sold various gases in Randolph Industrial Estate (for those who know where I am). So maybe its worth checking some Industrial Estates around looking for anyone who might be doing something similar...
