In the kit you get a small soft clay block and a lubricant / spray.
You simply wash your car as normal then dry it. Then in smallish sections on your car just spray the lubricant and rub the clay over the area, you will see what comes out of the paint by looking at the block, its quite shocking. It sounds like hard work but its not. The clay slides over the paint very easily, just keep the area wet with the spray and keep doing it until you think its smooth enough.
