I'm pretty sure that Dave got his from an eBay seller called Billy Boy Tyres. He is a link to there eBay shop:

They don't seem to have any plain colours listed but I'm sure they can get them if you phone them. I think Dave got his without tyres as he already had good tyres (for around £400). It might be worth doing a few searches on the net for prices as they quoted my around the £700 mark with decent tyres as I think the ones they supply at the price on eBay are budget ones.
