We used to have a B & B in Bournemouth, It was called Elden House when we bought it in Francis Road, We called it Amarillo Hotel to get it in the "A's", needed a lot of work inside and out, Its a lot of hard work and the season is now so short, just Easter and Summer holidays, we used to have students to pay the mortgage, Bournemourth Uni, thats why we got out!!! We went back the other day to look round and someone has spent loads on doing it up, en-suit etc. We looked at it but never thought we would get the money back. But now thats what everyboby wants. I must admit we had 7 rooms and only 2 bathrooms and never worked out how it all worked. We did have sinks in the rooms!!! Good luck to your sister with her B&B.
