tbh it dont really, i usually do it in stages to break it all up, but claying is quite good imo cos you can see the results straight away on the clay and feel it as your doing it

aye buckie, first moothful i had of it i wiz like 'whit the **** is this *****' lol...didnae stop me finishing the bottle an introducing it tae the english bloke i worked wi later on lol. best tip is tae just down it, tastes better that way
