well im the executive chef of the institute of chartered accounts
we have a 70 seater resturant 30 in the bar area and we have the great hall which can sit down up to 350 people

our food is modern british and is all fine dinning and plated .
keeps me busy but am looking forward to august everone goes on holiday and we rest........

then its christmas agh................ double shifts running about from 6.30 until 11pm. god i love the festive season.................
