when i had my insurance renewal come through this year it was almost 300 pounds more than the previous year with 7 yrs ncb, so i rang them up and expressed my unhappiness with them, they put me through to the loyalty dept and ended up pay less than last year after all
always worth ringing them up! they will always try and bleed you dry and hope you won't kick up a fuss!
