A 180 running OE manis with a decat with lambda sensor fitted and MIL kit will pass the MOT. If they look for the engine light still being illuminated after a few seconds then they will know a decat has been done. However if all seems okay MIL wise and no emissions issues then I can see no reason for looking any further. Never had issues with mine for last couple of MOTs.
