The Firefrost one is a decent conversion, it's recently had new plugs, leads, cap and rotor arm to cure a misfire.

The blue 400 I'm not so sure about, it has a dubious power claim, and he says it is "high compression" and been run at 1 bar boost, normally a recipe for a under bonnet grenade, the idle issue could be cam timing as it came on after he replaced the head.
