Firstly, 0.7s in a 0-60 sprint is quite a bit. As has already been mentioned, there's a lot more to it than just power, and even power to weight. Gearing makes a big difference - great example is the TF 160 (6.9s) and ZR160 (7.4s), which both have the same engine and similar weight, but different final drive ratios and different size tyres.
