(Firstly - you need to get a bottle for your neighbour. Great to hear ! )

As Pete says - that's the one for securing the wheels - but you then need to keep them in the car and well hidden.

As for getting in - that's a tough one really. There are commercially available devices which will collect data sent from your fob to the car every time you lock it. Personally, I have no idea how to combat that other than to have deadlocks and padlocks on your doors like the white van boys.
