First we have the basic £3 txt message service as shown on the Used Car Roadshow website:
This is one of the 2 messages you get back:

Amount of owners

Second Message
This requires a debit/credit car but looks quite a bit more detailed than the txt msg service and covers you upto £5000 if the data is wrong.
