Should be easy enough, place masking tape around the area as it is including the trim width. Mark the centre position of the exhaust tailpipe at top dead centre. Is the area to be cut a removeable item from the main bumper? Either way take it off and use the mark to set the trim to and use this as the stencil. Cut slightly undersize incase and then trim to fit. I used a dremel and slitting wheel on mine then a rat-tail file to profile it clean.
