replacing stepspeed with manual??

Hi i have a 02 ZS 120+ and wanna replace the stepspeed auto with a manual gearbox. What do i need exactly to do this and how easy is it (does engine have to be removed etc)??

Also any performance items to add at same time?

List so far:

• Pedals
• Gearbox(not sure which would be best one)
• ECU

Yea your right it was just a thought tho.

Just wanted to know how much has to be done and price really as i have found geaaboxes etc cheap.

Was a goal i set myself really!
