Polybushes, which ones worthwhile?

On a (2003/135K) ZS that is mostly used on the road, with occasional trackdays, which polybushes are worth going for? (if any).

I already have polybushed the front lower arms and the front ARB.
Are any others worth doing to get a handling improvement?

I've got front lower rear for sale that I heard were worthwhile.
I've done Upper and lower engine mounts and they tighten up acceleration and braking a bit, I get more vibration though.

personally I wouldn't bother changing the bushes for road use unless they've had it.

If you feel a need, the lower bushes at the front and the front compliance bush - what duckfeet is selling??? this will help reduce toe out under very hard braking (the big one on the rear of the front arm) would be where I would start, but there are different shore ratings (hardnesses) for the bushes and its too easy to waste money on poly bushes that are not that hard.
The black ones seem to have a higher shore rating than the soft red ones.

Before you shell out, I would be getting the data (shore/hardness) first.

I only did the front, and rear arb mounts and links with poly bushes, the originals were in extra ratty condition, all the others seemed in fair shape so I left them alone.
