Scoobie??
The conversation I just had went like this...
Collegue: "I saw a huge spoiler and a blue car, it was popping and burbling really nicely - so I moved out the way to see a gorgeous scoobie go past!"
Me: "Sure it was a scoobie and not an MG?"
Collegue: "Nah MG's are ugly, deffo not an MG, deffo a scoobie... I looked and you were driving it, the scoobie I mean, who's car is it?"
Me: "you n00b, thats my MG!"
Collegue: "no its not"
Me: "I think I know what car I own!"
At that point he walked off muttering something I couldn't quite hear under his breath...
Why is it that people keep asking me about my "Scoobie" ?? I had a local kid ask the other day when I sold the scoobie and why I went for an MG instead... errr its the same car...
Maybe I need to respray my car.. or get HUGE gareish MG logo's down the sides of my car or something??

These are the sort of people that when they see a Mitsubishi and it says Lancer on the rear, they will tell you it looks like an Evo!
From what i can see in your pic its a wicked looking car, ignore those who have no knowledge...
They must have been watching Police Interceptors the night before on Fiver lol

I've had that from kids as well, no idea what an MG is, very sad. Mine has been debadged for some time and that confuses them.

The Body kit needs to be fitted before I am happy with the outside... just need to find a decent body shop!

Dont care what anyone calls it its my zed and thats cool by me.. although it is a mk1 and they lure of the mk2 is strong haha

If you get rid of the silly rear spoiler, they wont think its a scoobie anymore.
They'll just be puzzled.

Yup the amount of times i've been told I drive an evo is unreal. Also like how when you explain its an MG the next line is 'Oh did you fit the kit yourself'
