oops, you have a couple of options to drain it, probably the easiest is going to be disconnecting the feed pipe at the reservoir, and the pipes at the steering rack, and leave it to drain, then refill and bleed with fresh fluid.
The other method is to use a large syringe to draw it out of the reservoir, then refill, run the engine, then repeat with the syringe, it saves disconnecting anything but might need repeating a few times.
