11,000 is stupidly low mileage
As Peter says, as long as you know what other similar cars are worth, it's just a case of taking a view on it and balancing up whether an extremely low mileage and tidy car is worth the extra cash.
My car has very low mileage, and it's 3 times as much as that one
The Alcantara interior is also desirable. Generally people prefer the saloon over the hatch.
The main thing to check for on a test drive is a rattle from the plenum. If it rattles then it'll likely need a new one (?500 brand new). Other things are test for are that the 2x VIS motors are working correctly. Unfortunately, you can't really test this without equipment, but generally, if the car pulls well from 2k and is pulling harder past 4k then they're all working fine. If it feels lethargic then it's possible that one of both of them aren't working. They are ?100 new to replace and there's 2 of them. At 11k miles you'd imagine the plenum and the VIS motors would be working well. See if you can get an extended warranty on those parts.
