Thumbs up Brake Problem

Just started since the snow has arrived...

the problem is when i come to use the brakes for the first time after starting the car theyre is no pedal what so ever and it seems to come in after a few seconds....and theyre on the brakes are fine

any ideas what it could be, is it something to be worried about costing a fortune to fix.....TBH ive had more problems with the brakes on the thing than anything else

How old is it? Could need replacing as it has become more hygroscopic with age. Maybe you have a slight leak somewhere that may have accelerated this?

It should be relatively clear with a yellowish/goldy tint to it.
