does anyone have an idle control valve as mine is acting up

i have cleaned mine and replaced the gasket but it still idles at 1200 from cold and stays that way until its warm

mmm mine starts at 1200 then gets to 750 at 1/3 temp which takes about 10 mins at the moment. Wait for someone like ritchy to post because im a bit out of my depth.. if they say its rooted you can have mine since it needs a clean.
