What would you do?
If you were in a busy shopping area with a rather large parking area and you heard squealing tyres... 2 idiots in a performance RWD car doing donuts and burnouts in the middle of the day, just behind where you've parked.

What would the the appropriate course of action?

I'd probably register my annoyance with the Mrs that they have the balls to do it durin the day, but inside I'd be wanting to watch and hope they stack it into to post...
