Rover 75's ????

My mate has just got a 75 and says he can't believe the luxury. Is he just trying to say he did well or are they any good ?????

Indeed they are well specc'd, well built and nice to sit in and drive. I remember test driving them when new and thought how good they were, a poor mans Jag at the time. The only issue is the badge for some.

The bulk of the 75/ZT is BMW 5 series excluding the engines.

They are definatly better appointed than the 45/ZS.

Driven both and as you would expect 75 is the comfort wagon and the ZT has the handling when pushed hard. Both very good cars in their own right and much underated imo.

Could only see myself in a mk2 260 though otherwise not sure why I'd switch lol

They are nice and well specced, but as with most things more spec means more potential problems

They are nice cars. Remember that out of the 25,45,75. The 75 was a lot younger. The 25,45 first came out in 1995. The image of the 75 is of an old mans car. Both the 75 and ZT nice cars.......I will still keep the ZS though...............

I was looking at the ZT-T inplace of the Discovery only for the rear to be way too small for the dogs, otherwise I would driving one now. I'll be sticking to the ZS as have no need to change it for anything else. The Vectra Elite I have is a great allround car, not everyones cup of tea but it ticked all the boxes for me, wasn't even on my list to look at! However if I was looking for one to do everything I would struggle, so guess the ideal combination would be the VXR Vectra estate. So a good job I can afford to run two cars as the ZS is now relegated to the summer fun car.
