Not seen one of them before, doesn't look like it will do much.
Personally I'd be inclined to make one out of an old milk bottle or similar.

The epc shows it as fitting cars from serial number 596955 onwards, but from memory the bracket under the expansion tank looks nothing like that on a mk2

A bit of investigation - It's not required for a mk2.

cool thanks guys,just as theres nothing under the coolant tank,just the wiring and plug,just thought id ask
