The 'I cleaned my car today!' thread

Thought i'd start a thread, as I can imagine they'll be plenty of peeps who've taken advantage of good weather and had a spruce up.

I was shocked at the amount of stone chips and mini parking dents ive picked up over the winter as I only really washed it over the past few months. After a polish It looks like its been in the wars a bit.

Looks good in the pics anyway mate. Whats that in the left of the lower mesh? You car does sit very nicly what was happening with your wheels in the end?

diesel? if so its an intercooler surely?

Its a black car but its not that dark. Its the V6 wasnt the only diesel the 115??

Cheers Jay, wheels are on thier way once I get some new tyres for them. Im keeping the straights and yokohamas for any future track days.

Its an oil cooler sat in the mesh. I fabricated a couple of brackets and fitted it with unions connected so I can measure up for a bit of hosing, then fit it up with a thermostat. Ive had it kicking around and thought I may as well get it on the car. I also need a sandwich plate for it so I can hook up an oil temp guage at the same time. Bit of a work in progress.
