Red seat cover, driver/passenger switch?

This is very specific so I might struggle but all I need is the driver seat cover, top half only (ie I need the section that the bolster usually wears on)

Must have read stitching and no bolster damage, a little wear that can be blackened is ok, just no tears!

I don't care if there are rips holes in the material section, as long as the leather is in good order!

I'll await the silence!

I suppose a second question would be, is the airbag a problem with using a passenger side cover or can it work?

Oh and alcantara will be on offer in a few weeks!

There are a new set of saloon rears on ebay aswell as a drivers base and passenger back.

Its down to that burst stiching.

Seems £150 is the going rate, possible more on eBay.

Now, I have just had a look at the front driver and passenger seats and can feel the air back units BUT there appears to be no physical difference between the covers on both. The stitching is in the same areas, there is no 'weak' area for the airbag to release.

So is there any real evidence that you cant used the drivers side on the passenger side and vice versa?

(I am aware the airbag tag would be on the 'wrong' side, but I don't care)

Seems it would be easier to get a passenger seat cover in good condition.

I believe the stitching itself is designed to burst open... if you swap for the passenger side with normal stitching... I wouldn't like to think what may happen...

I wouldnt try it.

That cover doesnt have the red green flek as far as I can see. Do your seats ?
