Result!
Finally some good news.
Assesor came down and saw my car today, valued it at £1800 which I thought was pretty damn good. Told him I want to retain it and said they'll deduct £360 from the £1800 and then I'll get a cheque for the rest...
and he told me....
wait for it....
I can do what I like with the car so I'm going to start stripping it, people, get yer wallets out

Thanks guys.
I'll be going to the yard tomorrow and start with the back to see whats salvagable (hopefully the exhaust as it was damn expensive) and I'll take off what people have already asked for then post pics of the car to see whats left

Are you sure that you won't buy another ZS before you get rid of all your bits and bobs ... ?

Yes mate. Honestly, if I get another it just won't be the same. The 18months I had the zed was full of smiles, sadness and mixed emotions - I rather keep it as a fond memory and leave it at that.
