Fob battery getting low

Any good places to get the battery for it, and do I need to reset the fob after replacing it?

Cheers

It is just a normal button cell battery (CR2032 i think or similar). You can get them at Boots or probably supermarkets. It doesn't need resetting or anything. Just replace it and try unlocking and locking the doors.

Think you are meant to remove battery then press buttons for a few secs to get rid of any juice in the circuit, then fit new battery. Not sure if this makes any difference though as 1st time I did mine I didn't bother and it was ok.

I always press both buttons lock then unlock about 10 times to sync the fob as they use rolling codes afaik.

I bought a strip off ebay a while back, quite cheap. Had to replace mine the weekend as the immobiliser kicked in as the fob battery was dead.
