Loving It

Well I dug the old girl out of the garage last Friday and put the new rear caliper on and didn't have a chance to get her up to any pace with the weather and the other half on board.

Nice day today so opened her up a bit coming from work just now and wow! I'm in love with the zed again! That brake must have been holding me back for longer than I thought. I can surely feel the difference that's for sure.

That is the only flaw with a nice car, watching the gauge drop!

I'm lucky. I got second runaround that I buy at the sales. I put it up for sale straight away and drive it until a punter buts it off me. Normally I make a few pounds or break even on free motoring as it were. BUT every now and then, especially when the sun is out, I dig the zed out purely for pleasure having saved up for some petrol.

Thought you were going to say you only bought them with a full tank and sucked some out for the Zed.
