Aren't the brackets the same as the freelander clutch bracket?

Sorry for the thread hijack, but it seems as relevant a place as any to ask the question without starting a new thread:

I'd heard that the Rover 75 master and slave cylinders could be used as a direct replacement for the ZS/45 ones, and that they were slightly better due to having a bleed nipple on them. But would the bracket be the same on the gearbox too?
It's just that my Dad's Mk2 45 TD is developing an horrendously stiff gearchange in 1st & 2nd, my local scrappy has a 75 V6 in, and they may not know how much to charge!

PS this shouldn't cost the original poster a sale as it's not direct competition - in fact I don't even know if I've diagnosed the problem correctly yet!

If you find out that it is the same I still have a Master Cylinder & the Bracket available.
PM if you are interested and I'll do you a good deal. Just want rid of them now!

Rover 75 runs a different gearbox so the slave will not fit.

Also the rover 75 runs a master cylinder which sits inside the car not out, so that wont fit either.
