Interesting find, is it worth it? Probably not.

The way I interpret that ad is that replacing the radiator, pipes, thermostat and fan might have cured the problem, but as that was done only recently, it's not confirmed. So a bit of a gamble.
Personally, I wouldn't like to buy a car that I know has overheated in the past as who knows how hot and for how long and what hidden damage that might have to done to head gaskets etc...

Especially on a rapid responce vehicle where the car probably overheated on an emergancy run to save someones life?? - Car or human life... let the car suffer!

03 facelift? thought facelift wasn't until 04?
Does look cool but with all the lights and graphics removed it'll just look like any other ZT so not really worth it. Certainly not worth 3k even in perfect running order. Could get a diesel for that money.
