the bigger one out the two wont move (orange part see pic)
tried having it out the manifold and turn the ignition on to see if it resets but nothing no movement... every other one I have seen, the orange part is sitting about 3 O'clock and not 7 like mine is.
about a week after purchasing my zed 180 my power motor packed in, I bought one from Morrisons mg garage in Stirling, £120 I think. Then realised if I looked about I could of got it for a lot less. There is a repair that can be done, I found a tread for it, after purchasing a new one!

so just going to replace it.
Take it apart and resolder all the joints on the board.chances are it will repair it.do a search on vis repair for a how to.
