Yeah im abit annoyed with me self i want to do oil changes about every 6 k but shes about 3 k overthat at the mo. Its been such a **** year for me ive not had the time or the money to even buy oil and a filter . When I do get around to it how often do you guys and gals change your spark plugs? And which nk plugs do you thinks best? (saves starting a new thread)

I think it's around 45k... Not sure what plugs are best for the 110 / 120s though.
