Definatly not clean, the "swirls" on the rear bumper are where the dirt has worn off.
I've taken the can of spray nail varnish remover off the roof (but you may have to refresh if you've previously opned the page).
I've always felt the very red lights at the back and very orange ones at the front spoiled the looks and I didn't want the hastle of replacing lights so I used ETECH tinted light spray, got it from the importer for less than eBay.
I'm pleased with the results, and if the MOT man isn't the can of accitate will desolve it, same as nail varnish remover.

sorry but i hate tinted lights, i went for the proper meaning of BLACKED OUT, you may not like mine but heres a picture

I've copied you and bought myself a set of dark rear lights too off cheapbay . I luv it but think they look much better in the dark than day time. Pics coming soon.

They are a lot darker without full sunlight on them, besides my 16yr old design student son was concerned that too black would make the car look like a bumblebee.
