Todays mod, what do you think?

sorry, I did notice it was the wrong grill after I posted but didn't say anything, proberbly because you would like to hear complements.

I did also wonder if it was the steering wheel.

like it think the mk2 grill on a mk1 makes a big improvement but not every one will agree, Deorange the headlights too that makes a big difference nice one

Sorry Steve, I didn't mean to sound too negative, it's your car so well done for making it as you want it.

Okay for a complete disasemble of the mk2

The front bumper is good.
The headlights are good.
The wing vents are good.
I quite like the rear bumper but it results in the boot (see below).
The climate control is better than the mk1 aircon.
The Mk2 straights are nice.

however.

I think the wheel arch extensions are tacky.
I think the boot is too plain.
I think the grill has too much grill and not enough hole.
I think the mk1 mesh is much more up market.
I think the dash looks like too many other cars from other marques.
And finally I have an early MK1 so PROJECT DRIVE!
