When I first fitted my BMC it was touching the Radiator, knowing this was bad I trimmed the Silicone hose and moved it away from the rad, loads of space now.
I don't think there is much difference between the two cars TBH, however if there is then I can't see it being that much at all... in which case my BMC would still be fine in a MK2
