Here is another one what about reverse scoops you can get just been reading this wouldn't this help on getting the engine bay cooler which in turn help on the induction. Dont know how fast you would have to go to get the high pressure zone on the bonnet though.

Unless you build a scale model and have wind tunnel access, the only other option would be trial and error. In order to create such an effect would require a fairly reasonable aperture to get enough airflow. In doing so would probably create a bit of an eyesore and seeing where the throttle body is in relation to the caf it would be tricky to execute.

Not impossible, just needs doing to approve or disprove the theory.
