Track days? where and how much?

yeah some say a car must be mot standards but its never checked, its impossible to check 40-50 cars are mot standard .
Some tracks are more relaxed than others and you dont always need to cover arms either but good points raised and things you can be prepared for by simply e mailing the company before the day or having the bits with you just in case.
