new xbox 360

brought me the new xbox 360 and its already broken the cd try wont open spent about ?200 on a bundle pack with 2 games the 360 and a hdmi lead plus insurance nice and quiet when running but when i turned it on this morning the cd tray wont open

Not sounding good!

Take it back to the shop and get them to replace it.. I've been toying with the idea of getting the new 360 but can't justify it when my 4 year old 360 is still sitting in my room working a treat!

lol just found out how to manually open the disk drive one tool a paper clip (no Hammer Or Chissel) yeah gotta take it back tomorow

all optical drives have been openable with a paperclip for years and years....

pity tho it happened to you on new system.

If my ps3 drive fails then i am in more trouble as it is a single disk front loader rather than a caddy style!

took it back and they have given me a new one now to trasnfer 19gig of information lol fun times
