Hmmm, would appear to have issues with both motors??? reds work as they should but have one motor with the green light always on and the other always off.

Yer sounds as if you have faults with both motors, Id suggest you have a read through this thread may give you some guidance of how to go about fixing them

From that it reads as if the balance motor is stuck closed and the power motor is stuck open.
These VIS indicators are fantastic bits of kit.

got mine a few days ago and although not yet fitted, they are well constructed and a very useful tool for 180 owners

Sounds like that's the power motor you had off. Balance motor is the harder one to get to, on the side of the plenum.

took it a run and only the green light is on constantly
double and tripple checked the wiring and is ok

Warm the unit with a hair dryer to soften up the seal, prise the lugs round the casing gently and prise up all round, it will come just go easy at it
