I'm not going to renew my CBT though so can't drive a bike after next week...

Plus I have a BSA Bantam D1 sitting in my garage as well... If I do renew the CBT at any time I'll be out on that

Just read about it, I'm 27 and passed in 2001.

Looks like I will need a CBT.

IIRC on this bike you only need to do your CBT which is valid for two years.

Correct

And a place local to me was doing the CBT for ?80

Remember, the CBT is Compulsory Basic Training, so is not a test, you cannot fail it - Saying that they won't let you out on the road if they don't think your safe

I could do with a bike for commuting, would save me loads of pennies, alas the wife and kids will not allow it Don't blame them.
