Got offered ?420 as a PX value
on a "52" 180 in Yellow with yellow interior, parking sensors, 60k, service history, front n rear electrics, air con,

not selling at those sort of prices, it was only cause I liked a car on the forecourt i thought i would see what they would offer me for it lol

Zs's are at the point where you get waaaaaaaay more car for your money so more people are selling at what they think is reasonable e.g a 2005 red 180 with 50k Parker says 1250 but you'll nevr see 1 sell for less than 2250

I really want another Mk2 but this time in Yellow and a TD, the fact i Brought one but then lost it to a trader after we agreed the price still haunts me

Oh I did, I sent the guy about 20 emails saying Oi that was meant to be my car, he never replied. Oh well

no lol this was last year when I was selling the Mk2
I had agreed a price and was about to go collect and pay for the car, bloke rings me and says sorry a trader turned up and gave him cash then and there, EVEN NOW i was on my way to go get it. the trader then put it up forsale for ?3k more than he gave for it!

you would easily see a grand for your car if it was on the net, yellow sells as it catches peoples eyes, you drive past a used car showroom and youll always look at the yellow car in the lot same goes for ebay or gumtree as your scrolling down the page
