It might have done on that set of rollers on that particular day?? When I was building racing Triumph engines in the early 90's I found you could run a motor on one dyno one day, then run it on another dyno another day and suddenly lose or gain 15 horses!! There is a vast list of variances that can make power change! ( the dyno being the most likely) I suspect this dyno was in need of calibration as it's adding some 20 raging stallions from somewhere!!
