Thanks Daytona, it would be nice if it managed to stay clean until then, we shall see. Yours looks good too, very thorough clean too by the looks of it.

Thank you, do try to keep it as nice as I can. Just end up fighting the constant dinks and scrapes it keeps getting it the various carparks it goes too whilst the mrs is out and about in the week.

That first picture, arguably the nicest picture of a MK1 I have seen, the wheels especially look stunning on that.

Cheers for the comments, yeah they do come up nice when given a good clean and your too right about being a ****** to keep that way. Some colours hide dirt well but mine you only have to sneeze within 10 feet of it and it shows up some dirt lol.

Only just seen this comment, thank you very much. The pictures are however a little deceiving as it is a clean car but not exactly pristine when you see it in the flesh. Either way, thanks very much

Cheers Andy, the old girl doesnt clean up too badly really but yes you only need to move a mile down the road and the dirt shows up all down the sides. Frustrating to be honest that it shows up so badly on this blue.
Hope things still going better for you now then buddy?

Looking good
Tahiti Blue is a great colour, especially with a nice polish & wax.
Finally washed mine yesterday. Spent about four hours out there. Must admit, I'm not impressed with Zymol Glasur.
