The production line fitted a few things that werent standard, as the move from BMW/Rover to MGR messed up the parts lines..............When the local MGR garage was still running, I looked through the microfiche, and things it said my old rover should have, didnt tie up with what was fitted at Longbridge...........

Most manufactures will do that if they run short of a part and can sustitute.

My yellow one had one previous owner who looked after the car like "normal" people do i.e. put petrol in and drive and take the car to the garage for a service so the car was as it came from the dealer.
