Do you mean the service book? So I take it the book has not been stamped at all then? That may be tricky as it will cause issues to sell on.
The exhaust will fit, assuming it is like for like, hatch for hatch, the 120 cat back and 180 is the same. Would be good if you could get both a dncarry out the swap, but highly unlikely. Have you already contacted the finance company with regards returning the car then? Some don't do this but will depend on wether it is HP of car finance etc.
yeah i mean the service book have all the paper work just never took the book in when i got it serviced the finance company said they will take it back as i have paid half so thats ok will plan to get both to the garage to swap it over as i need other bits to turn mine to standard..
colud aways fake the stamps (i didnt say that if anyone asks) as they cant cheak with anyone as the garage has gone..
is the car on lease or did you buy the car using finance? if it is on lease then they will be funny about you not having the service book stamped as they are funny about these things as it is part of the lease contract, but if you bought the car through finance then it doesnt matter as the contract is just for you loaning the money, but i am sure it does something to your credit score but i could be wrong with this, as long as the car looks normal then i dont see why the finance company wont accept it back
Why don't you ask the finance company if you can sell the car private .?
If they take the car back it goes to auction for sale then they take admin charges
whatever is left is deducted from your finance and you pay the rest
