Right as the car is being rebuilt it deserves a thread in this section.
Car was delivered earlier so as of 30/07/15 the project begins.

Right first update!
Fitted new ecu and 5as. Seller told me he changed the ecu but the car wouldn't start. Well turns out he did the ecu but not the 5as! There was nothing plugged in! LOL.
Anyway sorted that and got the car to start, well thats when the issues started, revving to 5k!! Went through a few things with the lord of the zs Pete changed the iacv, tps and nothing, still going nuts. Turns out the seller had fitted a new inlet manifold but the throttle bit had got snagged on a pipe holding it open. Off with the manifold, tidy the cables up, manifold back on and hey presto, she runs (and runs well!)
Thats me done for tonight, all that leaning over the engine bay gives me a bad back!

I like it when one resolves issues like that.
One thing missing from your list is de-tangoing the headlights while the bumper is off, I have what you need here, virtually new R45 headlights.
